Does an enlargement of the lower abdomen after 2 weeks after intercourse mean that I got pregnant?

Hello. I have been using Orlifique tablets for 7 months. I had no side effects, once only a slight brown spotting at the second package. 2 weeks ago my withdrawal bleeding ended. After taking the second pink pill, there was intercourse that ended in me. I use all tablets regularly. 7 days after the end of the withdrawal bleeding (6 days after taking the first pink tablet from the package) I had scant bleeding. It was a stretching mucus with little red blood. The next day my belly enlarged,I have a hard under-belly. For a few days I felt a lot of pressure in the abdomen, 2 days ago it passed but it is still hard and swoooned, as well as the belly. I'm worried, could it be pregnancy?
