If I don't have withdrawal bleeding and missed a Slinda tablet in the second week, should I already do a pregnancy test?

I have been taking Slinda tablets for 9 months, 2 months ago I finished lactation, during taking the first placebo tablets after lactation there was a modest spotting, at the next pack of Slinda, exactly in the first week of taking the new package I forgot to take 1 tablet (I realized after 24 hours so I took 2 at once), 2 days earlier I had sex with my husband. After the incident with the missed tablet there was bleeding, at first abundant, with time stingy but lasting until I took the placebo pills, now that I am in the process of taking placebo bleeding is missing, is it time to do a pregnancy test?
