Tramadol (składnik aktywny leku Tramal – jest substancją przeciwbólową należącą do grupy opioidów wpływających na ośrodkowy układ nerwowy.
Nie ma takiego leku jak "ulofen uno 150", być może chodzi Pani o Olfen UNO 150 mg - tabletki o zmodyfikowanym uwalnianiu? Ten lek zawiera diklofenak sodowy, substancja należy do niesteroidowych leków przeciwzapalnych, działających przeciwzapalnie, przeciwbólowo i przeciwgorączkowo. Efekt ten jest wywierany poprzez zablokowanie W powstawania w organizmie prostaglandyn, które odgrywają rolę w powstawaniu stanu zapalnego, bólu i gorączki.
Oba leki mają zatem inny mechanizm działania i inne zaszeregowanie, jeśli chodzi o "szczebel" drabiny terapii bólu, chociaż oba mogą być stosowane w dolegliwościach bólowych.
