Nie zaleca się łącznego stosowania leku Polpril z suplementami z Ashwagandhą.
Ashwagandha jest środkiem adaptogennym. Ma szeroki zakres działań m.in. zwiększa odporność na stres.
Jednakże może również obniżać ciśnienie krwi. Tym samym może nasilać działanie leku Polpril i wywoływać działania niepożądane takie jak np. zawroty głowy, senność.
