What should I do if I completely miss 10 tablets of Vibin?
Hello, I have already been three months on birth control pills (Vibin). In the second week of taking the pills, one of them (probably 10) fell out of my hands and I could not find it. I did not take the spare pill because I did not have access to them, and I forgot to get a new package to take the same one. What in such a situation? Has contraception only weakened, or has it completely disappeared in this cycle? There were unprotected relations and it was complete after this situation. Somewhere I once read that in the second week it is better than in the first or in the third, but what if one of the second week was not accepted at all?

Jeśli z jakiegokolwiek powodu nie może Pani przyjąć tabletki przeznaczonej na dany dzień, a nie posiada Pani zapasowego blistra, należy przyjąć pigułkę przeznaczoną na dzień kolejny.
Faktycznie, w drugim tygodniu stosowania tabletek Vibin opóźnienie w przyjęciu tabletki stwarza najmniejsze ryzyko zajścia w ciążę. Podkreślam - chodzi o opóźnienie w przyjęciu tabletki, a nie o jej całkowite pominięcie, jak to miało miejsce w Pani przypadku.
W aktualnej sytuacji należy stosować dodatkowe zabezpieczenie do końca bieżącego blistra. Jeśli odbyła Pani stosunki po pominięciu tabletki, to szczególne ryzyko niosą te odbyte w pierwszych 7 dniach po wspomnianej sytuacji.
Rozwiązaniem w tej sytuacji może być np. przyjęcie tabletki po, jeśli mieści się jeszcze Pani w przeznaczonym na to czasie.
