Can switching from two-component birth control pills to Limetic result in a reduction in contraceptive protection?

I changed my birth control pills to Limetic, the first one I took on the day I was supposed to take those pills. Was I protected from day one (continuity was maintained, but I changed the drug). And if I didn't take the last seven 'placebo' pills, something happened?

Rozpoczynając stosowanie tabletek Limetic na dzień po ostatniej tabletce aktywnej złożonego doustnego środka antykoncepcyjnego postąpiła Pani prawidłowo. Ochrona antykoncepcyjna była zachowana przez cały okres przyjmowania tabletek, a zmiana nie wpłynęła na osłabienie skuteczności terapii.
