Jeśli mogło dojść do pominięcia dwóch tabletek w II tygodniu - ochrona może zostać zmniejszona. W przypadku, gdy w tygodniu poprzedzającym pominięcie tabletek doszło do stosunku - istnieje ryzyko ciąży.
W tym wypadku należy stosować dodatkowe zabezpieczenie, aż do końca obecnego opakowania. Ochrona będzie zapewniona dopiero w kolejnym cyklu (pod warunkiem prawidłowego stosowania tabletek).
