When taking Vines pills, menstruation should appear with green placebo tablets, right?

When taking vines pills, menstruation should appear with green placebo tablets right? I take the second pack and the second time such a situation with menstruation appears a week faster, with yellow tablets as in the previous cycle without the use of tablets. And it's now going on for two weeks or is that normal?
