Antalcol może być łączony np. z ziołowymi lekami uspokajającymi. W przypadku leków dostępnych na receptę, należy unikać połączenia z diazepamem (https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/diazepam), gdyż disulfiram (substancja czynna leku Antalcol) nasila jego działanie i zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych.
