Tabletki zawierające hormon to tabletki białe, natomiast tabletki placebo (bez żadnej substancji czynnej) to tabletki zielone. Pierwszego dnia miesiączki należy przyjąć białą tabletkę.
Tabletki Slinda przyjmujemy następującym schematem:
Przez pierwsze 24 dni należy przyjmować aktywną, białą tabletkę oraz przez kolejne 4 dni należy przyjmować zieloną tabletkę placebo. Następnie kuracje powtarzać.
