Does the fact that I am one pill ahead mean that I will get a period a day later?
Good morning I have a question. I have been taking Vines tablets for almost two years. I am pre-period, I am supposed to get on Friday, on Thursday I should take the penultimate tablet in the blister. The next day I always had a period. Yesterday, taking the tablet, I realized that I was still taking a yellow tablet, and I should start green. Apparently once I had to not take a pill, I have no idea on what day. Does the fact that I am one pill ahead mean that I will get a period a day later? Should I take two pills today to make up for it and everything will be planned?

Tak, jeśli jeszcze przyjmuje Pani tabletki żółte, czyli później zacznie zielone, oznacza, że krwawienie z odstawienia wystąpi jeden dzień później.
Jeśli nie pamięta Pani dnia pominięcia tabletki, to nie ma sensu już przyjmować dwóch pigułek na raz. Należy jednak mieć świadomość, że pominięcie pigułki wiąże się ze spadkiem ochrony antykoncepcyjnej, a tym samym ryzykiem zajścia w ciążę.
