What does spotting mean after skipping placebo pills?

Hello, I have been taking Vines tablets for about 10 months. At the end of August, I did not take a break, but immediately took a new package, because I was going on vacation. Now on Thursday I finished this package and on Saturday I got my period. I started taking the new pills on Tuesday and on Wednesday I finished bleeding. However, today (Friday) I got bleeding again. What does that mean? Is anticonception preserved?
