What can cause spotting while taking Vines?

Good morning for 2 days I have a problem and I have no idea what it could be. Since yesterday I have spotting and my under-abdomen hurts and I have nausea. This is my 16th day of the cycle I have to have a period of October 8. Plus for this takes the contraceptive pill Vines. The previous menstruation I had on September 10 it was for the first time very weak and painless which never happened to me. However, I am concerned about this blood spotting and other symptoms that I have listed. What could be the cause?
