What is the reason for regular bleeding with 14-15 tablets of Slinda?

Regular bleeding when using Slinda contraception. I bleed every month with about 12-15 tablets from the blister, what could be the cause of this? I will add that bleeding occurs more or less at the time of my natural menstrual cycle, which I observed before using the pills.
