Yes, if you are in severe pain, Pyralgina and Paracetamol can be combined.
The usual dose of Pyralgine is 1-2 tablets every 6-8 hours. A maximum of 8 tablets per day can be taken. The effect of the drug is observed 30-60 minutes after taking the tablet. The drug is available without a prescription. I've attached a link where you can buy this drug in brick-and-mortar or online pharmacies for home delivery:

As for Paracetamol, here an adult can take 1-2 tablets (500 mg) at a time. Do not exceed 6 tablets (500 mg each) per day.
Medications with paracetamol can be purchased at the pharmacy without a prescription. I am attaching links to websites where you can compare the prices of this type of products in online pharmacies and order them with pickup at the pharmacy or home delivery:

In cities such as Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź or Białystok, products can be ordered with instant delivery even in 1 hour thanks to the Wolt Drive service - check if the service is available in your location:

For example, you can use Pyralgine (1 or 2 tablets) in the morning, Paracetamol (2 tablets) at noon and Pyralgine again at night (1 or 2 tablets). If the pain occurs at night - then you can take Paracetamol again (1 or 2 tablets). Such a procedure should be used for as short a time as possible - only until the severe pain subsides. Long-term use of such a combination increases the risk of side effects, e.g. abdominal pain, liver damage.
