Why do I bleed more often than every 28 days and why is it longer if I use Slinda?

Why with slinda blood longer than 4 days and when I did not take slinda I blinda 3 days and it was still on the 3rd day was already scanty? and last month I got bleeding on 12.08 and this month 07.09 even not every 28 days
