How to use birth control pills when changing the time zone?
Good morning I take Vibin mini tablets On Sunday flies abroad. I'm just running out of blister and during the holiday I would get a period so I decided that I will just start from Monday a new blister skipping this week break I have a question how to do all this properly so that after a week of being abroad I do not have to change the time of taking pills again. In general, I take them at 5 am where I go the time is shifted forward by an hour. That's why I was wondering if I should set the alarm clock to 4 so that I would keep Polish time to take pills or is this a good way? Please help

Zasadniczo najlepiej stosować tabletkę co 24 godziny niezależnie od miejsca pobytu, co oznaczałoby, że lek nadal powinna przyjmować Pani według czasu polskiego. Wówczas nie będzie Pani tak na prawdę niczego zmieniać. Ponieważ jednak różnica czasu wynosi tylko godzinę, to ostateczna decyzja należy do Pani.
