Nie należy stosować preparatu Dakolen podczas zażywania tabletek antykoncepcyjnych Elin. Dakolen zawiera kompozycję ekstraktów roślinnych, znanych jako fitoestrogeny, naturalnych substancji mających podobne działanie jak żeńskie hormony – estrogeny zwarte w leku Elin.
Przyjmowanie zbyt dużej dawki estrogenów może wywołać liczne działania niepożądane, np. plamienia.
