If I vomited within 3-4 hours of swallowing the tablet, then I should take another tablet from the blister, can I take the tablet as planned?

If you vomited within 3-4 hours of swallowing the pill (that is, I'm not sure about absorbing it), should I take another blister pill or can I take the pill as planned? In the next few days/two weeks I do not plan to have intercourse. If I should take an extra tablet, it will be missing in the blister and the next blisters - instead of 21 days of white tablets I will have 20. Does it matter?
