How do I combine Emanera and Meteospasmyl with Deprexolet?

Hello, I would like to ask about the combination of the drug deprexolet (recommended in the morning and evening half a tablet) with emanera and meteospasmyl. Medication from a gastrologist I take in the morning 30 min. before eating. Emotionally, I forgot to ask a psychiatrist about it. I discussed the issue of zoloft with a gastrologist and he recommended that an interval of 3 hours be maintained between these drugs. Deprexolet was recommended to me by a psychiatrist in the morning along with zoloft, which I take at 10:00.
