Should I take Emantera while using Ketonal if I am already taking Dexilant?

Good morning. Because of the constant shoulder pain, I went to the family doctor, who prescribed, among other things, the painkiller ketonal. In order not to tire the stomach, he also prescribed me a cover, i.e. the drug Emanera (20mg). On the leaflet at home I just read that it is a drug used mainly for heartburn and reflux and it is not used mainly as a probiotic. The problem is that I have already been diagnosed with reflux and I take one tablet of Dexilant (30mg) every morning. Therefore, I have a question, can I take these two drugs and combine them? Is it better to buy another cover?
