Jednorazowe oddanie luźnego stolca nie jest rozumiane jako biegunka i jeśli sytuacja nie powtórzyła się kilkukrotnie (3 luźne stolce lub więcej w czasie do 3-4 godzin od przyjęcia tabletki) nie ma konieczności przyjmowania dodatkowej tabletki.
