Can I shorten my 7-day break from taking birth control pills and start taking the tablets from the new packaging in advance?
Good morning, can I shorten the withdrawal break by one day? I took the last tablet on Friday, according to the 7-day break I should take a new one on Saturday, can I shorten to take on Friday? Would I then have to put in place some additional security, or is the protection maintained the same?

Jeśli ma Pani na myśli stosowanie dwuskładnikowych tabletek antykoncepcyjnych - można skrócić przerwę i przyjąć pierwszą tabletkę z nowego opakowania w dowolnym dniu 7-dniowej przerwy, nie ma wówczas konieczności stosowania dodatkowego zabezpieczenia w postaci prezerwatywy i ochrona będzie zachowana.
