Can transparent blood after intercourse be from Slidy?

Hi, today after intercourse I saw transparent blood if it can be from slindy? this is my first ever contraceptive and I am only halfway through the second blister, slinde I take regularly I was examined by a gynecologist and cervical cytology also had and everything is ok only I have again endemetrium over 18mm where the norm is 16mm writes again because I bled in April this year and I had a curettage and histopathological result described that I have hormonal changes endemetry. (at intercourse I felt a gentle pain in the ovaries) Please reply
