Is the absence of bleeding 3 days before the end of the 7-day break a cause for concern about pregnancy?

Hi, I have been using birth control pills for 2 years. On July 12, I decided to postpone the bleeding so I started a new pack right away. On 23 July at night, unfortunately, I vomited one tablet and did not take an extra one, because I did not have one, so I abstained a week with indifferation, but equal to a week after the incident, the close-up had already occurred. The boy didn't come in me. From August 2-8, I have a 7-day break from tablets, so bleeding should occur this week, but for now nothing promises to be ... My question is whether the earlier shift of bleeding may have affected this cycle and, for example, bleeding may not occur now? But should I be afraid of pregnancy.... Previously, I took all the tablets regularly. Please answer because I've whizzed ...
