When to put on the second nuvaring puck?
I put on the first nuvaring puck in the wrong time (about 7 days later than I should) i.e. July 11, I took it out on August 1st. Should I put on the next puck on August 8th after a 7-day break, or if the first one was applied at the wrong time (not during the period) then I should wait until menstruation and then apply?
