Is slouching when using Vines a period?

Good morning. Takes the first blister of Vines. At 20, this yellow tablet showed blood (there is less blood than during menstruation but the consistency is similar) and pains in the lower abdomen as with the period and yet I have not managed to take green tablets (placebo). Could this be the period if I didn't take a single placebo tablet or had sthing? I would add that these are my first birth control pills
