Should I worry if I siduth after a period of adaptation?

Good morning, I finish 4 pack of Atiwii, today takes the last tablet from the blister. Since Thursday, my lower abdomen and breasts have hurt, as always before the period. On Thursday and Friday I had a gentle light brown sting, but today from the morning dark brown and more. I just had this sting for the whole 1 month of taking the tablets. I take the tablets at a fixed time and have not missed any. Should I be worried, the period of adaptation of the body probably should have passed?
