Can I take the Vines active tablet today with the new blister and skip the last placebo tablet?

Good morning, can I take a new vines tablet on the fourth day of placebo( today) I would like to reduce the withdrawal time to 3 days now. Will I take an active placebo tablet on the fourth day and not need additional contraception? There was no bleeding in this discontinuation, but the ciazowy test showed no pregnancy, recently I had a lot of stress and is currently treating fungal infections and as I read it kind of can delay the period, and besides, it is only my first weaning at vines because a month ago I missed placebo tablets. Can I take the active vines tablet from the new blister today and skip the last placebo tablet?
