Does Nystatin impair the effectiveness of Yaz tablets and may have caused no withdrawal bleeding?

Hi, Since 9 mc takes Yaz tablets, so far I have had while taking placebo tablets with 2-3 tablet squeathering from withdrawal. This month there was no spotting taking a placebo tablet and I started a new pack of Yaz.From 5 days taking Nystatin Teva enteric tablets can they cause no spotting from withdrawal? It was with the last active tablet that I started taking Nystatin. Does Nystatin weaken Yaz?' Could it be the result of a lack of "period"nystatin enteric tablets? Negative pregnancy test, tablets always taken regularly.

Choć Nystatyna nie osłabia skuteczności tabletek Yaz, jej jednoczesne przyjmowanie oraz trwająca infekcja mogły wpłynąć na brak krwawienia z odstawienia w tym cyklu.
Jeśli w kolejnym cyklu krwawienie również nie wystąpi, należy udać się na kontrolę do ginekologa.
