How should I change the time I take Atywia Daily birth control pills?

Good morning, How should I change the time I take Atywia Daily birth control pills? Atywia Daily tablets were initially taken around 10.15am. Due to the gradual delay of taking the tablet I currently take them around 12.30-12.45. I would like to return to taking atywia daily birth control pills at 10-10.15. Do I have to do this gradually e.g. 12.30, 11.45, 11.00 , 10.15? However, can I take the tablet right away at 10.15am and stay at that time? If I go straight to 10.15 it will reduce the effectiveness of the tablets? Will the effectiveness of Atywia Daily contraceptive pills be maintained in both cases?
