Podczas stosowania leku Slinda mogą występować nieregularnie krwawienia z dróg rodnych. Mogą one mieć charakter delikatnego plamienia, które nie będzie nawet wymagało stosowania podpasek, bądź intensywniejszego krwawienia, które będzie przypominać skąpe krwawienie miesiączkowe i wymagać będzie stosowania środków higienicznych. Krwawienia mogą także w ogóle nie występować.
