Biegunką nazywamy oddanie płynnego lub półpłynnego stolca co najmniej 3 razy. Jeśli taka sytuacja ma miejsce w ciągu 4 godzin od zażycia tabletki antykoncepcyjnej, należy przyjąć dodatkową pigułkę.
W przeciwnym razie nie ma takiej konieczności.
