Krążek aplikowany w poprzednim miesiącu jest bezużyteczny. Nie tylko nie zapewnia właściwego działania antykoncepcyjnego, zaaplikowany ponownie po kilkudniowej przerwie, może zwiększać ryzyko wystąpienia infekcji. Krążek należy jak najszybciej usunąć z pochwy i skontaktować się z ginekologiem.
