Is sthinging while taking Belara a period?

I've been spotting for two days now. Today, it begins to resemble the beginning of the period. By the end of the package I had 4tablets left. Could this be a period. Could stress affect my body in this way. A year ago I had the same. In general, I do not complain about Belara. What should I do?
