Are intracyclic spotting caused by birth control pills or by skipping a 7-day break?

Hello. I recently changed my birth control pills from Vines to Elin. At the first package everything was ok. At the second and exactly at the 14th tablet began bleeding,it looked like an ordinary period and lasted 8 days. , the next day began to sith which lasted 10 days, I did not take a break seven days. Today I am already at 10 of this tablet and again appeared a single bleeding, that is, counting a total of 19 days. On Friday I have a visit to the doctor, nothing hurts me, I feel good. Could it be by tablets? The last visit was at the end of February and everything was ok.
