Can vaccination against COVID-19 be a result of antigenic testing?

Good morning, is there a chance that after taking the first dose (Moderna) on 05.05, tomorrow (08.05) in the antigen test I will get a positive result due to the attachment?

Nie jest możliwe, aby szczepionka zafałszowała wynik badania antygenowego na obecność wirusa SARS-CoV-2. Po podaniu szczepionki powstaje białko S wyłącznie w mięśniu, do którego podano preparat (na ogół w mięśniu naramiennym), a test antygenowy bazuje na wykrywaniu wolnego antygenu w materiale pobranym z nosa, czy też nosogardła.

Nie mogę natomiast powiedzieć, że nie ma "szansy" na wynik pozytywny z innego powodu - nie można wykluczyć zakażenia i rozwoju infekcji (także bezobjawowej) niedługo przed zaszczepieniem.
