Can bleeding occur when taking yellow pills from another blister?

I have been taking Vines tablets for 9 months. Withdrawal bleeding was always reported on 3 placebo tablets. Today will be 4 placebo tablet. For two days I have menstrual pains but no bleeding. I have had two relationships recently, however, without the so-called 'final' in the middle. A week ago I was doing a test came out negative. I take all the tablets regularly. Is this a symptom of anxiety? Can bleeding occur when you take yellow pills from the next blister?
