Could you help calculate when I should make a beta?

Could you help calculate when I should make a hcg beta? I had a close-up on April 25, adding 14 days to that date on May 10. On May 19, I'm supposed to get another period. But in March I added a different period and in April also differently. When can I make a hcg beta to be credible?
