Does Comiranty (Pfizer) affect the effectiveness of contraception?

In 2 weeks I have to get vaccinated with Pfizer, will it affect the effectiveness of the tablets somehow? Should I leave them for a while? Are there any side effects of the combination of Vines and vaccine? Should I protect myself with an additional method over the coming weeks? I am afraid of thrombosis, which can occur after vaccination. I will be grateful for the answer because I have difficult contact with my GP. If it matters then I am 21 years old, I take tablets from 9 months.
