When do I take my first Vines tablet if I'm currently on the second day of a 7-day break after taking Microgynon 21?

Hello. I change the birth control pills from tablets called "microgynon 21" to tablets called "vines". mastering microgynon tablets I ended up taking them I should have a break of 7 days for a period of time then I should start another pack although due to the change of tablets I do not know when I should take 1 tablet of vines . Currently I have a 2 day break in taking tablets microgynon 21 (that is, breaks for withdrawal bleeding period i do not have yet but often it happened to me)
