Should I go back after the remaining active pills in the first row of Axia Forte Plus?

Hi, I start taking Axia Forte Plus and the first day fell out on Wednesday and from that day I took the tablet, but now following the arrows I still have 18 yellow tablets and do I have to go back after those two which were in the first bar, or after those 19 days of taking yellow I have to go to white according to the arrows?
