Is it possible to take only 11 active Vines pills with a new blister?

Good day. From 12.04 use vines tablets. (my first hormonal contraception). I would like to have 11 days of myolytic bleeding (surgery). On the leaflet is saved that I can omine 4 green placebo tablets and immediately start taking the tablets from the new package. Should the use of the sly tablets from the new pack of tablets start with the first tablet in the first row, or can it be one of the last slow tablets from the row? Does the carnas matter here? So after taking 11 of the slow tablets from the new pack, then take the green placebo tablets and wait until the withdrawal bleeding occurs? I understood it well. Thank you very much for your reply.
