To @Czad: You should go to a specialist - a urologist. Urologists are engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction. They can also order additional tests that will facilitate diagnosis.
Good morning I am 28 years old and my problem is that during intercourse I can not maintain an erection before intercourse or during. W wyniku działania sildenafilu dochodzi do rozszerzenia naczyń krwionośnych i zwiększenia napływu krwi do tkanek prącia. Lek ten nie działa wybiórczo wyłącznie na tkanki prącia, wpływając na naczynia krwionośne w innych częściach ciała. Rozszerzenie naczyń mózgowych i wzrost przepływu krwi może przyczyniać się do bólu głowy o różnym nasileniu, od łagodnego do nasilonego bólu o charakterze migrenowym.
Ból głowy podczas stosowania sildenafilu obserwuje się u ok. 25% pacjentów przyjmujących lek. Jednym ze sposobów radzenia sobie ze wspomnianym problemem jest obniżenie dawki leku.
