Jeżeli pierwszą tabletkę przyjęła Pani w pierwszym dniu naturalnej miesiączki, działanie antykoncepcyjne występuje już w pierwszym dniu stosowania leku. Jeśli terapię rozpoczęła Pani między 2.-5. dniem cyklu wówczas lek działa dopiero po 7 dniach regularnego przyjmowania tabletek.
