Which Efectin, Egzysta or Absenor can cause erectile dysfunction and what to do about it?

I'm a 27-year-old man. It uses efectin twice daily 75, exysta 3 times daily 150mg and absenor 3 times daily 500mg. I have erectile dysfunction, which drug it may have made or what to do about it, I feel distracted.
