Can failure to take placebo tablets contribute to the non-occurrence of withdrawal bleeding?

I take 3 months of Vines tablets, this month after the end of the yellow tablets (active) I did not take any placebo tablet, tomorrow (after 4 days of discontinuation) I should start another blister but the bleeding did not occur, pregnancy test from today negative. Should I start a new pack despite the lack of bleeding, or is it that I did not take placebo tablets has an effect on the absence of bleeding? Thank you for your reply .
