Can I have a genital infection, cystitis and vaginal discharge blood while using the Gynoring disc?

Good morning, is it normal that during the 2nd week of use of the ginoring system I have an acute intimate infection and a slight urinary tract infection? I also noticed very tiny pieces of blood in the heat, should it bother me?
