What can cause brown spotting in the middle of the cycle after a year of taking Aidee?

Welcome. From about 100 000 to Roku takes hormonal contraception aidee. At the age of 16, I had brown spots where i had not seen them before. What could be causing this? I take the tablets regularly, I have never missed /forgotten. Withdrawal bleeding also occurs regularly, and the last intercourse took place a month ago with a condom.
