Tak, po zastosowaniu Polopiryny S można po 4 godzinach od jej przyjęcia włączyć paracetamol, a po 6 godzinach od jej zażycia niesteroidowy lek przeciwzapalny, jeśli wcześniej nie użyje Pan paracetamolu.
